Tetra Tower Unity Game Source Code is a cool tetris based game with physics. You need build tower with tetris block in this game. You can rotate it move, or drop it fast.

Project based on Unity 3D engine but Project tested and launched only on iOS devices, GameCenter and Ads don’t can work on Android devices. But you can try to launch it on Android.
